Nagata here, from Japan, with a personal observation to respond to your request.
Where can I see your "Daily BIG Idea Archive"? If you can put it down after each day's email, covering all the postings up untill then for that particular reader automatically, that'd be a BIG plus. One can always - everyday - check up to see the past postings, if need be, right?
Also, can you list up and update the total # of subscribers to your daily posting, by country, by profession, by whatever criteria(rion) available, if possible? Wanna know, personally, how many others in Japan are reading this great info newsletter... Or, in China, or in Korea, etc.

I am volunteering in an international organization and they are soon to have a retreat. Unfortuntely I will not be part of the team traveling.
After I read 'Retreat to Advance" I immediately saw the whole picture of what is going to happen and for sure when they are away I will do my reading on leadership basics.
A week ago we had a workshop too and I was assigned a small tasks. I did it all. Tell you what?
So many wondered at the end when I was introduced as a volunteer because I prepared and managed to a level - if I can say - even more than some facilitators.
I definitely realize for sure so much lies within us. Your writing is stimulating, encouraging, and ‘pushy’. Please keep me updated!

It's such a great idea, to spread ideas! I appreciate it very much. I realize some of them instantly (such as tracking solutions to problems or tracking processes). Sometimes it's overwhelming but then I simply read and forget for the moment. Thanks a lot, Micheal.
